Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation by participant only apply if the person cancelling cannot/will not nominate another qualifying person to take their place.

  • 100% Refund: If cancelled more than 25 days in advance

  • 75% Refund: If cancelled 15-20 days in advance

  • 0% Refund: If cancelled less than 15 days in advance or a registered participant does not show up at the event

If the event is cancelled by the organiser, 100% of participation fees will be refunded unless other arrangements are made (e.g. coaching sessions to the value of the event package).

Digital Leadership Ltd is not responsible for any travel costs related to participant’s travel to the event. Organiser will confirm event go-ahead at least a month before the event takes place to help with the arrangements for overseas participants.

If the event is postponed by the organiser, participation in the event at the new date will be offered. If this alternative date is not convenient for the participant, 100% of participation fees will be refunded unless other arrangements are made (e.g. coaching sessions to the value of the event package).

All refunds will be dealt with after the event and once all fees have been received and expenses paid.

What’s covered by the participation fee?

  1. Lunch for each day

  2. 2 tea/coffee breaks each day

  3. The venue hire

  4. Event design and organising, promotion and facilitator fees

  5. Depending on what plan you have chosen, DLF refresher participation fee(s) and mentoring/coaching sessions.

  6. UK VAT (20%) for venue food service

CONFIDENTIALITY

Event confidentiality

Over two days participants may be sharing detailed information about their organisations and/or colleagues. All participants will be asked to confirm their commitment to keep any information confidential as per the Chatham House rule.

Participants will be asked to explicitly agree to this rule at the beginning of each day of the event.

Digital Leadership Ltd may be using some of the stories in blogs or event presentations as per the Chatham House rule unless specific request is made by participants to not do so.

Photos may be take at the event - participants will be made aware of this and given the opportunity to opt out.

Email privacy

Emails are stored and sent using Mailchimp, email platform which participates in and has certified its compliance with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework and the Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework.
