I’m Brani Milosevic. I’m a digital consultant, coach and cycling enthusiast. Thanks for dropping in.

I help people - individuals, teams and organisations - to learn how to seize the opportunities offered by digital and navigate its  challenges.

I set up and run the Digital Leadership Forum for a few years. I’m a CharityComms mentor and a qualified executive and systemic team coach.

Since Digital Leadership Ltd was established, I’ve helped shape communications and digital teams. I’ve provided support for the recruitment of digital roles, digital campaign planning and project management. I’ve also developed training and mentoring for staff and senior management. 

I work on my own as well as with other agencies and consultants, combining the best skills to achieve results.

How I work

I work alongside organisations’ senior leaders and digital leads, who are both essential in making digital transformation successful. I mentor and support them in bringing the rest of the organisation along on this journey of change.

My support often begins with a digital audit. This helps me understand how digitally mature your organisation is.

I then work with organisations though a series of deep dive workshops to: 1) bring everyone on the same page as to what digital transformation means for the organisation 2) explore what are the opportunities digital transformation can bring them in the lifetime of their strategic framework.

Through the work with different senior and delivery teams I help the organisation identify the purpose of digital transformation - where it can help an organisation achieve its objectives the most. This focus provides a framework for making decisions on investment across roles, learning and planning processes as well as data and technical systems. Another big outcome of this work is co-design of the culture an organisation needs to develop and nurture in order to achieve the transformational change needed to fulfil its long-term goals.

 

Strategy

I identify how digital can help organisations achieve goals, implement plans and embody brand. I pinpoint what needs to happen in planning, staffing, training, systems and data. I engage stakeholders throughout to get everyone on board.

Transformation

I help organisations transform to be more digitally mature. This includes: support with designing the culture, planning processes and training, advising on recruitment, building teams, and designing new technology systems.

Skills audit

I identify the skills and behaviours that organisations need in order to be successful in the digital age. My skills and behaviour audits reveal where an organisation is and help identify the support and personal development that their staff need.

 

Coaching and mentoring

Mentoring helps digital leads and senior managers implement digital strategies and transformation plans. I help people develop professionally, overcoming challenges and honing soft skills. As a team coach, I help teams become effective.

Speaking
