Since Digital Leadership Ltd was established, I’ve helped shape communications and digital teams. I’ve provided support for the recruitment of digital roles, digital campaign planning and project management. I’ve also developed training and mentoring for staff and senior management.

My support often begins with the development of a digital strategy. The strategy identifies the purpose of digital, how it can help an organisation achieve its objectives and ambitions. I identify how digital can help organisations achieve goals, implement plans and embody brand. I pinpoint what needs to happen in planning, staffing, training, systems and data. I engage stakeholders throughout to get everyone on board.
I help organisations transform to be more digitally mature. This includes: creating planning processes, developing training, advising on recruitment, building teams, and designing new technology systems.
I identify the skills and behaviours that organisations need in order to be successful in the digital age. My skills and behaviour audits reveal where an organisation is and help identify the support and personal development that their staff need.
Mentoring helps digital leads and senior managers implement digital strategies and transformation plans. We work through tailored objective in monthly sessions. I'm also a qualified coach and help people develop professionally, overcoming challenges and honing soft skills.

The Digital Leadership Forum develops leadership, influencing and coping skills. It’s an opportunity for digital leads to take stock and create a new personal development plan. Over the past four years more than 60 digital leads have attended the forum. I also run half-day refresher workshops.
